Pricing

Priced by entity. Never by user.

Compliance software pricing that follows the shape of your function: the entities you run compliance for, and nothing else. Every module on every plan, unlimited users, SAML SSO from the first login. The number comes from a thirty-minute demo on your own structure, because that is the only way to size it honestly.

What you pay for

Entities.

  • Your own entities

The regulated entities your firm runs compliance for itself. That is the unit the licence is sized on.

  • The client entities you run it for

Fund administrators, trust companies and outsourced compliance officers add the entities they administer or advise, each priced per entity, and bring them on as engagements land.

What you never pay for

Everything else.

  • Users

Unlimited. The whole firm, and each client board, sees the same truth. Adding a person never changes the price.

  • Modules

Every module on every plan: the regulatory library, risks, controls, the CMP, actions, reports, registers, entities and the audit trail. Modules are not a tier and not an add-on.

  • Obligations

The library is not metered. However many sources apply to a licence, the count of obligations never appears on an invoice.

  • Monitoring plans

Run as many CMP plans as the function needs, per entity, at the cadence that fits.

  • Single sign-on

SAML SSO on every plan, from the first login. It is not an enterprise upsell.

Bring your entity structure to a thirty-minute demo and leave with the figure. No slide deck, no rate card that pretends a single-entity firm and a two-hundred-entity book are the same firm.

Questions

Questions about pricing.

How is Vantage Point priced?
By entity. Your firm's own regulated entities size the licence, and the client entities you run compliance for are priced per entity on top. It is never priced by user, never by obligation and never by module: every module is on every plan, and users are unlimited.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because the number depends on two things only we can size with you: how many entities of your own you run, and how many client entities you administer or advise. A thirty-minute demo on your structure gives you the figure; there is no rate card that would be honest for both a single-entity firm and a fund administrator with two hundred entities.
Do we pay per user or per seat?
No. Users are unlimited on every plan. Compliance works when the whole firm, and each client board, can see the same records; charging by seat would push firms to ration exactly the access the function needs.
Are some modules only on higher plans?
No. Every module is on every plan: the regulatory library, risks, controls, the compliance monitoring programme, actions, reports, registers, entities and the audit trail. AML-supervised firms simply run the scope that applies to them; the rest is there when they need it, at no change in the model.
How are client entities priced for fund administrators and outsourced compliance officers?
Per entity, and you bring them on as engagements land. Each client entity gets its own registers, risk assessment, monitoring plan and audit trail, with access scoped to that entity, and the consolidated view across the book comes with it.
Is onboarding priced separately?
Onboarding is a working session with a named onboarding lead, and your existing registers and data come across during it. How it is structured for your firm is part of the conversation on the demo; nothing on this page promises what that looks like for a book we have not seen.
