What it does

Registers, in the function you actually run.

Breaches, complaints, gifts, conflicts, PEPs, sanctions, outsourcing: pre-built where it matters, and the form builder makes any register type you need. Default schemas, configurable fields, alerts you can set. Many firms land here first; the rest of the system is waiting when they are ready.

  • An audit trail on every record.
  • One-click export for the auditor or the regulator.
  • Build your own register with the form builder.
Questions

Questions about registers.

Which registers are pre-built?
Fourteen: breaches, complaints, conflicts, gifts and entertainment, outsourcing, data subject access requests, declined business and investors, error and loss, insurance, litigation, people, CDD reliance, exceptions, and data processors and controllers. Each ships with a default schema you can extend.
Can we build our own register?
Yes. The form builder lets a user create any register they need, such as PEP, sanctions or SAR registers, with configurable and versioned fields, alert definitions and the same audit trail on every entry.
Can fields be changed after we start using a register?
Yes. Fields are configurable and versioned, so a register can grow with the firm without losing the history of entries recorded under an earlier layout.
Is there an audit trail on register entries?
Every entry change is timestamped, attributed and exportable. Entries move through Draft, Active, Complete and Archived, and the trail shows who moved them and when.
How do we get the register in front of an auditor?
One-click Excel export of any register, filtered as you need it. Auditors and regulators receive the file; nobody rekeys a spreadsheet.
