Onboarding

A team that stays with you from setup to steady state.

You work with a named onboarding lead from the first session: the entity structure modelled with you, the data brought across for you, a plan with milestones you can hold us to. Live in days, not months, and without a consulting invoice.

Once you are live the same people are still there. Same business-day replies, a named customer-success contact where the scale of the book calls for one, and a product that keeps improving without a re-implementation.

The first month

  1. Day one

    Your jurisdiction is selected and your entity structure modelled with your onboarding lead. The licence type populates the obligations register, the risk taxonomy and the starter controls. Pre-built, kept current.

  2. The first week

    We bring your existing data across for you: the registers, the risk assessment, the monitoring history that lives in spreadsheets today. You review what arrived; you do not re-key it.

  3. The first month

    Training on your own data. The CMP is signed off and running on the calendar. Access is scoped, per entity and per client board where you run a book. The old estate is retired.

  1. 01

    Implementation without an IT project

    Vantage Point is hosted for you on Microsoft Azure, in your own region, so there is nothing to install and nothing for your IT team to run. Sign-in goes through your own identity provider with SAML single sign-on. Setup is a working session with your onboarding lead, not a project plan.
  2. 02

    Your data, brought across for you

    Registers, the risk assessment and the monitoring history come in from your spreadsheets and systems during onboarding, done for you and checked with you. Where you administer a book in Quantios Core, the entities you run there are the entities you monitor here.
  3. 03

    Go-live with your team ready

    Training happens in the platform on your own data, not on a demo book. The CMP is signed off and on the calendar, access is scoped, and for the first weeks your onboarding lead stays close: a named person, same business-day replies, and help with any change you want to make.
  4. 04

    Support that stays

    Same business-day replies from people who know the product and the regime you work in, by email or by phone. A named customer-success contact where the scale of the book calls for one. The help centre and the security and privacy documentation live on this site, so onboarding a new colleague or answering a due-diligence question does not need an email to us.
